​Vice president Liu Mingpeng and Director of IECC Shang Zhiqiang visited Kaunas University of Applied Sciences and joined the “International Week” event hosted there from March 6 to March 11.  Over 40 scholars from 14 countries attended the event.

During “International Week” Mr. Liu and Mr. Shang met president of Kaunas University of Applied Sciences, Dr. Mindaugas and College Board Chairman Vytautu Svileikiuv.  Both sides agreed to further expand cooperation and exchange.

Later, Mr. Liu and Mr. Shang  participated in a round-table meeting held on March 11. Mr. Shang gave a speech on “Three-in-one Qualified Teachers: A Growing Trend in Higher Professional Education in China,” which aroused interest about education in China from attendees.
