​After 4 weeks of study and practice, the international class took the Chinese Cooking Course final exam at Heshu Jinlong Restaurant.  Students were required to prepare a Chinese dish they learned in the course by choosing the proper ingredients to cut into ideal shapes and cook correctly. 

The head chef from the Restaurant tasted all the dishes they made and commented positively on them.  All test takers passed the test and received completion certificates from the Restaurant.
